Automatic Data Replication and Synchronization
When using WorkMovr under Groove, the individual never has to be concerned about remembering to synchronize files or Work Units.

Every time she connects, Groove automatically takes care of Replicating and Archiving all completed Work Units, and refreshing new Work Units. 

Even in the case of a complete laptop crash, the Individual may sign on with her new laptop and all her Work Units will be refreshed.  She will just have to redo any Work units that were completed on the destroyed laptop.
