Individuals may make the choice between receiving Work Units through Groove or with the traditional web-based WorkMovr User Interface.  This choice may be made as an “either/or” or “both places” decision.
This allows for the accommodation of Individuals without Groove licenses, or who have a preference in either direction.
As often a Work Unit will be presented in more that one place, there is the potential of Concurrency Conflicts.  Especially for Role-Based work, there may be several Individuals who have the same Role.  So two Groove offline Individuals and a web-based online Individual could possibly complete the same Work Unit.
WorkMovr resolves Concurrency Conflicts using a “Who Arrived First” strategy. 
This Concurrency Conflict likelihood is minimized by judiciously matching Roles between Groove online and web-based offline Individuals.
