Advanced
work allocation and process configuration. This is the core of WorkMovr. Work is allocated based on peoples' Roles, Skill Preferences, and Geography. Individuals, Groups and Enterprises can be designated as Stakeholders in the Process, and be assigned work or notified on progress based on their "ownership" stake in the work. Individuals can inherit work down from their Company or Group. There is extensive Notification and Escalation of work, including the ability to generate complex additional Processes if work falls behind schedule. The Processes can have Conditional Branching based on complicated "AND/OR" logic - all set up by "point and click." The workflow can establish and report on Milestones, as well as having complete Activity Based Costing capability. |
