We do not charge for the WorkMovr software object code package.  So you do not need a License Agreement.
You can use WorkMovr as much as you like at no charge.
For installations running on their own Server, we ask for a simple Non-Disclosure Agreement, where you agree to a “best efforts” approach in not selling, publishing or giving away the WorkMovr software.
If you find another company who wants the software, please just ask them to call us and we will provide it directly.
We will work out a “Service Level Agreement” with you so everyone knows the Response Time and Cost of changes, maintenance, upgrades and the like.
At any time, we will supply a CD with the WorkMovr Source Code to you, at a cost of $500, with the provision that you make “best efforts” to keep the code confidential to your employees who have a need to know.
